Connectt Condos – Milton

Connectt Condos is a brand new condominium and townhouse development coming to Derry Road W & Regional Road 25 in Milton, Ontario. This pre-construction project is by Briarwood Development Group and Gilbach Real Estate Development. The first phase of this master-planned community will feature 3 mixed-use residential towers that will rise to 25 storeys, 16 storeys and 20 storeys respectively. These will be connected by a two storey podium, with the podium accommodating retail space as well as indoor and outdoor amenities. The first tower will house 237 residential units, the second tower 185 units and the third one 168 units. Unit types will include one-bedroom, one-bedroom + den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom + den. Unit sizes will range from 520 sq. ft. to 1300 sq. ft.
